Rapital Capital loans are designed to help you meet your short-term borrowing needs. This is an expensive form of credit and is not intended to provide a solution for longer-term credit or other financial needs.

We do not always lend in every state. Our states of operation change frequently, please check back periodically to see if we are doing business in your state.

Not all loan applications are approved and are decided based on certain credit criteria. We may run credit checks on all applicants and may review credit information from national or specialized credit bureaus. Due to credit and verification requirements, not all applicants for online loans may be eligible for an installment loan by Rapital Capital.

Before borrowing, please consider whether you will be able to repay the amount you borrow. Make sure that you carefully review the terms and conditions of the loan that is offered to you.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR APPLYING FOR A LOAN – To help fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, and to comply with applicable tribal and federal law requiring all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who applies for a loan, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask for your driver’s license number or other identifying documents. Many of our customers applying for an installment loan will be required to provide extra information due to additional qualification criteria.

Late fees and non-sufficient funds/returned item fees may apply as described in your Loan Agreement and as permitted by applicable law. If you do not make a payment on time, we will attempt to contact you via one or more authorized methods. Failure to make timely payments may result in NSF or late fees. If your account becomes severely delinquent, it may be turned over to a 3rd party collection agency.

Rapital Capital is a Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake company and is offering loans pursuant to Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake law. If Rapital Capital approves your loan it will be governed by Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake law, applicable U.S. federal law and your loan agreement. The laws of the state in which you reside may have interest rate limits and other protective laws that are more favorable. If you wish to have your resident state law apply, you should consider taking a loan from a state licensed lender in your state and not Rapital Capital.
